Becoming a Member

Everyone is welcome to worship at YCPC:

Children and Adults, Single and Married, Gay or Straight, CIS Gendered or Other, First Time Visitor, or Long Time Member and Friend.

Membership in the church is not required.  However, if you wish to become a member, it is through baptism, public proclamation of faith, or by letter of transfer from another congregation.

If you have never been baptized, and find that through the grace of the Holy Spirit you desire to be, speak to pastor Bob. It will be our profound joy to help you prepare for baptism into Christ.

If you are a Confirmed Presbyterian, or if you come from another Christian tradition, and want to make YCPC your home, we will be glad to help you transfer your membership here.
